PD Exercises Neck & Jaw

Jaw Wags - 10-15 reps, whenever convenient throughout the day

Push tongue vs Palate and hold for 3 seconds, do 5 to 10 reps

Practice lateral costal breathing with auto resist / pressure and pelvic floor

  • relax on inspiration
  • tighter on expiration
  • do sets of 5 reps, three times a day
  • gradually build up to 25, three times a day

Clam Shell exercises using a green level Theraband

  • side lying
  • 10 reps

Abduction of the right hip while sidelying for 10 reps

  • Knee straight
  • Foot dorsiflexed

Adduction of the hip, squeezing ball for 20 reps (one set)

  • Sitting, Knees Bent

Practice bilateral kneeling to standing for 5 reps (one set)

Calf stretches

  • 3 reps of 30 seconds per rep
  • three times a day

LARGE Amplitude exercises ("Bigs")

  • see seperate form for full list of exercises
  • make sure to shape each stage well

Balance cushion lateral & anterior/posterior pelvic tilts

  • 25 reps
  • elongate on right side
